Hi Mad I am still waiting for a £5 cheque dating back to the 28th Feb, and also a £100 chq around the 7th March, but unfortunately with this one although I sent it recorded, I have tracked it but there isnt any record of it being received. Have rung them and they are looking into it, luckily I took a screen shot and photocopied the form and packaging so hopefully they will let me send it again, if they cant find it. Suppose that will mean another 28 working days though.:eek::eek:

Its stressful enough waiting for a £100 cheque, but I cant imagine how stressed you must be waiting for £1000. Fingers crossed for you.
