It's been 31 days since I sent my first Velvet claim in (but only 22 'working' days;) ) - how much longer......

Well done Jacand on winning a £100 on Velvet.

I just won myself another £100 too, so well pleased today.

Only problem is waiting for cheques that never seem to come. Still waiting mine from the 25th February. Bit of a joke really, have velvet gone broke or something and they haven't let on. lol

Jeferey have you tried re-entering your details. I put my dtd in Saturday early afternoon an no email yet. But I think Blue suggested inputting the details again to see if it had been done and mine was there so I could print it. Still no email but at least I have my voucher.

Yes CW, that's worked for me before too - I've been a bit impatient and resubmitted it 3 times :rotfl: - still no voucher.
My previous dtd's have all arrived by lunchtime the day after the shop - oh well

Jeferey, have you used diff email addresses....maybe they are checking IP addressess now...think someone posted they entered 2 receipts on same day and not got them, so might have cancelled them out iyswim...I can't see this running much longer....post on other forumsays it has stopped at their store
I would love to get £100 a month ,reckon tesco would have been ok with that, but if lots of people are getting more, and tesco are reading these posts, so they know they are, then it will end very soon....i just spent 15 minutes reading the other thread and posts re fraudulant abuse have been removed but I would think that was after lots of people read them and copied what they advocated....think MSE has a lot to answer for ...talk about pass the buck...i complained to MSE main site about the tone of some of the posts and they did not want to know, told me to report them to board guides as it was their responsibilty....i disagree, think MSE Martin is responsible for allowing them to get carried away like they did...
