Hi.....getting there rt. As many of you will know I have had a bit of a yukky tummy bug, so have had a couple of days off work.

I have stopped being sick, so am back to the office today, but am tired, and ache, and despite trying to re-hydrate myself, I have had a cracking headache for the last 48 hours. But.....onwards, otherwise I will be facing an even huger mountain of work when I return.

So, today is 1st December - my MSE new year really. Obv the last couple of days I have done nothing towards this. I will be giving it some more thought over the next few days.

    Happy new month everyone x

That really does sound like one of the nastier bugs about, Hypno - I have an ordinary cold bug, but I'd *hate* the sickness version. Hope the effort at hydration starts to work soon.

And your post is reminding me to take my vitamin pills.

Am some way from being 100%.....but hoping most of it is pure tiredness.

Not much of an appetite - that is to be expected I guess, which is good for the slinky dress that I have for the office bash next week :rotfl:

Indeed, I don't think my stomach has ever been so flat!!! Office party is a week today, so I need to make sure I don't go on any sort of a binge between now and then, lol.

    Loving the silver cloud!

W friend is a WW Co-ordinator and she recommends dropping bread and potatoes from the diet for a week for a quick fix. (Not that you need it after that bug but thought it may help someone :rotfl:)
