I did run during the week before I went on hols but haven't been since I got home.....will do so again later this week though......apart from anything else, it will soon be time to start thinking of being able to fit in those LBDs for *seasonal* parties :eek:

There are other things related to that time of year that warrant more :eek: for me, bit the party side of things, well I can cope with that:D

So.....today sees the last day of August. Another month gone and successfully navigated! September tomorrow, which is fitting really given the autumnal weather we are already experiencing!

A quick peek at the bank accounts shows that things are ok - not fabulous....must stay focused next month, but certainly doable again.

So September is here and a big need to focus on positives. Time for me to revisit some mind maps, make some new ones and generally build on the stuff that I have done and discovered in the last year or so.

I am amazed at how quickly this year has whizzed by. I love September for some reason and Autumn is my favourite season. So i am looking forward to getting out and about walking and enjoying the spectacular scenery as well as blackberry picking.

Glad you had a lovely holiday:T I have a feeling that I know what you mean about "other stuff" at Christmas. I will be facing the same this year.

I admire your lack of procrastination. :TNeedless to say I am currently reading eat that frog! Baby steps. Staying positive is sometimes rather hard work isn't it? It's worth it though. I seem to be racing through books at a startling rate at the moment. Helps with the insomnia moments!

According to the local free newspaper (we're in Montpellier at the moment) it has been a record-breaking year for tourism in France. Another example of the power of Hypno!!
