Ouch Hypno. Sounds horrid and promise not to add to the rude comments! Hope it doesn't spoil your evening. Perhaps alcohol will numb the pain :D

Can I point for the exercise avoiders :p it wasn't the exercise that did it it was changing out of clothes. Naked Shredding anyone?

Needless to say, Shred wasn't done this morning.....

Had a very late night - food was delicious and as these things go the evening was not too bad. I was also wearing a size 8 dress.....always a good start to the evening :)

I am incredibly tired today, after all that went on yesterday one way or another - thank goodness it is Friday, is about all I can say!

Pania is coming to stay tonight - I've not seen her since the marathon so will be good to catch up......but is likely to be another late night so I hope we get to lay in tomorrow!!

Have a good one, whatever you do. Happy Friday xx
