    I have officially collapsed - Shred was horrific tonight......I have so much work to do to get back to previous levels of fitness!!!

    But I did it.....I could have wimped out but I just *needed* to feel the fear leaving my body :rotfl:

    I'm always glad I have done it......once I have actually done it. The difficult bit is actually making a start, but then I guess its the same with a lot of things!

    I used to do it first thing, before work at about 5.45am, which worked really well because then it was something I didn't have to think about for the rest of the day. This time round, I have been setting my alarm for said early start but the snooze button has won every time :o

    Lets assume the glasses cost £365. That's £1 a day for year, 33p a day if you keep them 3 years. Totally bargainous ;)

    Or to look at it another way. You're at work 5 days a week, say 45 weeks of the year. 225 days. 1687.5 hours. At £365 that's 21p an hour for 1 year, 7p an hour for 3 years. Completely totally bargainous :D

    Crikey, less than 6p an hour, and build in the face lift (no frowning & squinting cos you can see so less wrinkles ;)) and they're a positive steal :rotfl:

    Thanks beanie - I just figured that if I am buying something that is as "in your face" literally, as glasses, they ought to be something that at least I feel good in!

    And, like so many things, they have been one of those things that have been compromised over the years. Now is the time to make that move from a need to a want!
