My (not so) little Juliet has done 66,000 in less than 3 years bless her, I do give her a hard time. I am NOT buying another car, even if all the talk on ff's thread has had me configuring a yellow Citroen DS3 :whistle:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

An accidental car to go with the accidental house?!
I really really want to buy a big shiny new car but after seeing the review on Top Gear I did feel daft when they commented how it would just be being driven to and from shops by people who don't really need 4 wheel drive and off road stuffthats me that is :rotfl:

I had my test drive tonight.
Today's Word Of The Day is WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
I drive a very practical people carrier - to carry teenagers and squillions of skis all over the place.
But I want something FUN! I therefore suspect I will have to wait until I no longer have teenagers in the house.
So.....hopefully my current car will last me another couple of years so that it all fits into my timetable!!
Then I will be having the most impractical car ever!! Not one single pair of skis will go in it.......:DSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Just to add to this, my car is a 3 year old Fiesta and I love to drive it. It's like a little go-kart. It's such fun on a particular road with lots of roundabouts, but no traffic coming the other way generally.
DS complains that its too small and his knees are in the crumple zone etc. That's fine, he doesn't have to go in itI'm 5ft 3 and it works well for me.
