I'm a fine one to talk, but you CAN DO IT. You know where the pitfalls are and its not long to go now. Have you got something scrummy for tea to look forward to and focus on?

Yes, dinner will be king prawns stir fried with veggies, some sort of sauce (low points) and some brown rice.

I am not going to follow WW, as such, because I have days when I eat and drink far more than others, but I thought I would track on my *non-social* days to keep me focused a little.

I am allowed 29 points a day. So far I have used 9, so plenty of scope for a decent sized yummy meal this evening, plus I am heading out for a run, so that will help.

I am intending to keep my 49 weekly "extra" points for wine. Not necessarily all in one go, but quite possibly :rotfl:

See above re Ben and Jerry's - no calories in medicines :rotfl:

So.....after my foodie wobble earlier, I am pleased to report that I came home from work, and went straight out for a hard run. 65 minutes, and am very pleased that I did.

I can now shower, collapse and EAT!!!!!

    Life is good :D
