I think you will find, from memory, that if you look on the pot, there is NO mention of calories in Ben & Jerry's.......

That list is really scary!
Took a second look at it and realized that I often bypass Level One and Two, but do many of the things in level Three and lots of the extras... (insert shuggy smiley here)
So question is what does that say about my supposed aversion to housework?????

Afternoon all.....am struggling with the calories bit!
I need to get out of the bad snacking habit.....it has always been my point of least resistance, especially when bored/stressed/narked.
When I stop snacking, my weight is where I need it to be. It is not my actual mealtimes that need addressing, just the bits inbetween. If I don't snack, and I do a *reasonable* amount of exercise, I feel fab......
......after a few days!
So, today as day one of revisiting my better habits, I am finding it tough. With my new (ish) "one day at a time" focus on life, I am only doing this for today. Tomorrow is another day, with another set of expectations (and a lovely lunch with a friend to include in the mix).
So I am *only* not snacking for today - how difficult can it be!?! I am not stressed, am not narked, and am not bored.....I am just in the (bad) habit of eating the wrong things in between meals, and like Pavlov's dog, my body is telling me it is time for a kitkat, or two, or three.....:o
*sigh*
Oh, and before anyone says I can snack, just on "good" things - yes, I know - my food today has been:
Breakfast - 2 weetabix with milk and a teaspoon of sugar
Snack - banana
Lunch - tin of chicken noodle soup from my "desk storecupboard"
