I do at least two.....most rooms get three. Like I said above, when I first started, level one on each room was as good as it got, if I really made the effort.....but of course the more you declutter, the easier it is to whizz through the higher levels too. Eg it is easier to "sort out a cupboard" if you are in the habit of filling a charity bag every so often, and have generally decluttered in recent weeks.

Also, note that level 3 for the main bedroom includes vacuuming the floor - it is not as scary as one might think!!

It just looks a lot when you see the full week's list. But when you look more closely, things like "half hour's ironing" are just that - half an hour. Even *I* am now in the routine of doing that to keep the ironing pile at bay :o

Oh, and remember I have a cleaner for a couple of hours a week too - that is my motivation for keeping the house fairly clean and clear, so that she can give it a once over all in one go and make it all sparkly for me at the end of the week :D

Oh I'd *love* to have a cleaner! Thats the first outsourcing I'll be doing! And in spite of all the decluttering I've done, this is still quite a cluttered house.... she'd never get to half of it! Just got time to do a few scans (which is decluttering paper!) before I start work again :)

Goodness only knows, Shelley - but this Hypno is a happier Hypno, so can she stay? Please???

Some things don't change though - have just done an hour on the treadmill.....and am currently scoffing a packet of skittles as my reward.

Total calories being consumed far far outweigh total calories lost......:o
