1 for me for October please. I have a busy week working in a different school this week - really looking forward to it.
Can we just take it as read I didn't mean to offend you?
  • Hi everyone. Been AWOL for a few days, nothing to report here sadly :o

Can I set my target at 15 for October please shaggy, wanted to aim for more than September this month but I've got a week off at the end of October. However, I'm trying not to spend much money this month so may revise the target at a later date (or just totally smash it :D).

On a side note, if I'm super-duper frugal this month I'll be debt free by November :jIf not November then definitely December, just in time for Christmas :rotfl:

Hope everyone is well, haven't had time to do a catch-up read yet.
  • Also, forgot to say, can you sign me up for the full monty SNC this week please bearacus if you're doing one :)

    Hi Everyone
1 AF please Shaggy for Oct. Went out with friend for dinner last night and offered to drive, its the first AF Sat ive had in a long time. Really want to be more focussed this month, went back to fat class and was pleased that i only put on pound and a half on hols (pretty good going for me, we were all inclusive as well) In my head im wanting to have more AF days than not in Oct and Nov to prepare for the busy social month of Dec.
Hope you had a great holiday maman and well done Bearacus on having an AF night out and enjoying it, you are doing amazing!! Great scores for everyone in Sept, wishing everyone well for Oct, we can do it!!
Bearacus ~ please put me down for the full monty this week. Thanks

Great news about getting close to debt-free fpt. I'm sure it's a great feeling and the booze money saved must be a big help.

Please may I sign up for the full monty for the SNC, Bearacus. I'm having wine with my dinner this evening (that's when I get around to cooking it;)) and then it's firmly back on the wagon until next weekend.

Have a good week, flimsier. I watched first episode of Educating Essex last night and thought of you. I loved the DHT's sense of humour and his relationship wth HT.

It does feel good. To be honest it wasn't really that much (just one store card and my old student overdraft) but I haven't been able to shift them for years since I earn so little. My outgoings have always been around the same as my wages, so the end of the month was always a minus balance. Looking forward to being able to actually SAVE some money and treat myself once in a while :)
  • Declaring DAY 1 for today please. Feeling a bit rough and no booze in anyway so I know I'm safe tonight. :)

Good on you fpt. I know many people have 'banked' the booze money and watched the savings grow or treated themselves. It's a good feeling.
