I was initially v. sceptical of what a thread could do,
Barcode, if you stick with us this month you'll be convinced what this thread can do! Lots of us are using it alongside fat club and it really works!! I'm ashamed to say that it's the cutting down on calories that motivates me more than anythng else.:o0 -

Hi All, just a quick update, I was AF on Thursday so declaring 19 AFD's for September and completed the full monty for last weeks SNC
Haven't been AF for the last two days, BBQ again today so there will be lots of temptation.....the plan is to stay AF.....we'll see!!:o.

Really pleased with myself as I went on a big night out with friends to Liverpool last night. Drank some really nice Non alcoholic cocktails (and was surprised by the choices I had) and a couple of soft drinks Had a really great night_party_ and proved to myself that socialising doesnt have to be centred around me drinking :T

Hi to the Newbies, this thread is really great for helping to cut down and even, for some wonderful souls, cutting out. I too have lost weight without even trying, and I too often have chocolate to quell wine cravings without putting on weight!!!0
