What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

good morning all, sorry I have been very AWOL, some of it involving alcohol, some of it not. Either way, I have lost track completely of where I was and have decided to leap up there on the AF wagon, alongside you lovely people - the diet went to pot too, the only good thing is that I have been super frugal and so my bank balance is better than expected.

I shall commit to AF until Saturday evening when we have 50th Birthday party. For next month I am going to go for 20 AF please shaggy, and I'm going to try and check in here every morning to keep me on the straight and narrow.

    Have a good day

  • Hello.

I am on 20 AF for September, and target is 20 for October thanks Shaggy.

Was stuck on a train for 9 hours on Sunday night and didn't get home till 3am! Had to sit in the luggage rack and then on the floor but managed not to raid the buffet car wine supplies. I do think people who jump in front of trains incredibly selfish. If you're going to kill yourself, why inconvenience thousands of other people at the same time? !!!!!!!

  • I'm going to bed soon so can safely declare 27. I suspect this is the most I've gone without a drink in a month since I went to university at 18.
Can we just take it as read I didn't mean to offend you?
