Evening all.
Totally fell off the wagon this weekend and drank 3 days in a row. Had bells ringing tonight which I haven't had for a long time when I've tried to have an AF day, I think it must be because I've spent the last few days drinking. have resisted though and I'm pleased I'll wake up clear headed tomorrow, unlike today!
Can I declare day 14 please Shaggy, and I'd like to do the full SNC this week please bearacus, day 1 today thanks0 -
 Hi everyone, im back from my hols, had a brillant time, very relaxing. Just skimmed through all the posts since ive been away, wowsers there are some serious AF days here for Sept, well done everyone :T I had hoped to start this week off by joining the SNC challenge however as soon as i came home from work i opened a bottle of wine and had half the bottle over the course of this eve.
I really feel that i will struggle to get back into the AF way of things again, (having only nothced up 2 AF in Sept) but will start afresh in Oct, so with this in mind Shaggy can you put me down for 17 AF for Oct please. Im dreading going back to fat class this week, but i need to, ive got a stone to lose til reach goal weight and was hoping to get this off before Xmas. So new month = new startsIt’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
Welcome back mackeroo!! Glad you had a good holiday!!:T**Keep Calm and Carry On!**0

Have bells clanging like anything so going to have bath and early night as don't want to give in to them.
Not sure this weeks SNC is going to be easy as have a few of the types of days at work after which I would normally have a 'reward'. Might have to change some routines? Finding this thread very helpful, thank you all.Getting there...slowly!
GC : must do better
NSD: very rare

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
