    Good morning
I'm not going to meet my target for September as I had one solitary glass of wine on Friday. It was nice just to have one with my dinner, but I know that the only reason i stuck to one was because there was no more left in the bottle.
I'm hoping for a healthy October, but know that my Dad's coming to stay for a night so I may have a glass with him.
So, for September I'm at 21 so far. I think I'll try for 28 in October and see how I get on!
Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.

  • I will aim for 20 days AF in October please Shaggy! And if i achieve this i will donate £10 to the Cat Protection League.

Can't go letting the kitties down, now can I?
  • Ok, thats a good end to a weekend. Piglet decided to take a run up to a hug and ended up headbutting me!!:(:(

He's fine, thank god, but the whole left side of my face is throbbing!!:(

Putting me off pouring a glass of wine though!!:rotfl:

  • Hello everyone

Had a good weekend ; AF tonight but went to a wedding evening do and, unlike Flimsier, I did have a glass or two ( well three actually).
I'd been complaining to OH that all these AF days hadn't made me feel any better, but a non AF evening made me feel less than good so maybe my calibration is a bit out!?

Haven't decided on whether to go for the October target as I'm away for a week with work and not sure quite what that entails - suspect a lot of eating and being jolly - as well as lots of hard work of course!

Would like to go for the full monty for the SNC please bearacus

    Thanks

    Getting there...slowly! :D

    GC : must do better
    NSD: very rare

No matter how slow I go I am lapping everyone on the couch.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
