Good luck MrsR, safe bouncing and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you next week while I'm away from a 'puter.

I was by no means AF Fri or Sat and today won't be either! :p Back on the AF wagon next week; I'd like to add 3 or 4 more nights by by Friday, depending on if I drink at a work thing on Tuesday.

Hope you all have a good week.

Me, too, wbf. I'm out for lunch tomorrow so probably manage Tues, Weds, Thu. Would you put me down for 3 on the SNC if you're around Bearacus?

Good luck from me too MrsR. You could also try a hot curry to help things along.

Hello! Hope you are all well and enjoying the nice weather today-I'm stuck at work! I wasn't af last night or Friday night but I was restrained-my SIL and kids and husband came round last night and before if someone came to dinner I always had no restraint with the wine and ended up a mess at the end of the night but last night i had a limit of wine i could have and I stuck to it and then finished off with a camonile tea-felt so much better for it plus I didn't wake up feeling like I'd been a drunken idiot! Mrs R good luck with the bouncing!

    Hi All

Got back from my holidays today. Had a great time, was not AF but didn't drink to excess so that has to be progress :)

Needed to jump back on here quickly to make sure that I don't slip back into bad habits, so if you're running the SNC bearacus can I put myself down for the full Monty this week please.

Had a quick read back and it looks like July is proving to be a good one in terms of AFness.

Mrs R - I'm selfishly a little pleased that Baby R hasn't put in an appearance yet, would've hated to have been away when it all kicked off...but I'm back now so full steam ahead ;)

Darwins_mum - so sorry to hear your sad news, hope you're as OK as you can be, take care x

Looking forward to jumping back on the wagon,,,just hope the first step isn't too high up!

Lol! I wish it was full steam ahead. I'm getting a bit fed up now. Aching and twinges since 5.30am, but I wouldn't be surprised if I'm still here tomorrow.
Well done for not drinking to excess while on your hols :T Holidays are always a time for eating and drinking too much so you have done really, really well!!!!!!
