    3 AF please Shaggy
Hugs to you MrsRainman, its hard to know what to say, but im thinking of you and please take care of you and bump.

Im pleased that ive made a dent into being AF in May, came home from work around 5pm and sat outside to enjoy the last of the sun, was offered a drink from DH but declined prefering a can of Diet Coke. Got BIL and SIL and family coming tomorrow staying over on SAt eve, there will be alcohol involved but im planning to take it easy, which shouldnt be too difficult as they arent big drinkers anyway.

Wishing you all a nice weekend x

Evening all, are we all thriving on the sunshine? Long may it last.
Mrs R, I think it's safe to say we all hear your frustration; it reminded me of the time my older sis was urinating in the kitchen bin, snarled at me and suggested I might like to leave the bathroom! Or the time my ex was weeing in the wardrobe. He regularly weed in the bathroom sink, I think that was just because he was a filthy git. Alcohol does funny things to us, sometimes they just aren't funny. Take care of you and the fruit of your womb.

It's been a bit manic here at Evolution Cottage. The gardeners only did half a job, so I only paid them half the agreed amount and sent them on their way. It did mean that I have had to attempt to finish it off, but it was a lovely evening and light until nearly 10. It is coming together a treat. I can't beleive I have left it so long. Physically zorsted now, I am sure I could be forgiven for not attending my training session in the morn.
    sleep well all

    Morning :hello:

Went to the pub last night with some friends so wasn't AF. I had 2 glasses of wine, probably 4 units but maybe only 3.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Hello all. Have been awol for a week, but I finished on 22 for May. Target is 20 for June please Shaggy, and I'm on 3 so far.

Just spent a few days away with the extended family. A bit worrying seeing how many 'secret' G&Ts my dad put away.

And talking about drunken wee-ing in odd places, I once used a fireplace :o and had an ex that regularly p'ed in his shoes at night .
