There are no protests or trucks blocking refineries because it didn't work the last time. Just caused a massive pain in the backside for everyone that needed to get to work etc0

My local garage charges 136.9 a litre now. It's absolutely disgusting and someone needs to arrange a national protest, preferably a large organisation who has the resources to arrange something like that and get the word out.
The government is getting away with charging to much duty and tax on it because we keep paying it, so they'll continue on pushing to see how much they can squeeze out of us.

... and the most important consumerist backlash on a broken promise story this week has almost passed MSE by!
