    Still battling on.

Ebay now say our postage tracking details are invalid & have refused to answer my other queries (the woman still has activre PAYPAL & Ebay accounts, even though she has ripped off others!)

This whole story is sad, don't think I can offer any sage words of advice.

One thing I have done in the past when a transaction went bad, was to track their bids on items afterwards and send messages to the sellers warning them, suggesting they cancel the bids.

I have noticed a trend in the mobile phones area of clearly stating they won't ship to Nigeria, etc and that they will report bidders from these areas, so things must be bad for them to take such measures and for it to be noticeable.

As for Paypal, trying to get any sense out of them is a huge uphill task. Even something basic like trying to get help including card details seems impossible, in fact I gave up that task.

Its always risky selling to overseas buyers especially mobile fones 9/10 its a scam.As soon as funds appear in your paypal account you should remove them to your bank account.Never leave any money in your Paypal account.Too late now of course you have very little chance of getting any money back.
