Born Sleeping

My darling grandson was born sleeping at 37 weeks on tuesday 22cd march weighing 6lb6.

he would have been our beautifle bouncing baby boy here with us today if it wasnt for a catalogue of errors by ambulance staff.

what ever i say or do i cant make things better for my son and girlfriend and they are so young they shouldnt have to go through this, i feel so useless, helpless, your are supposed to protect your children from pain but i cant this time.

All you can do is be there for them. I am so sorry for your loss, and my thoughts are with you. My nephew went to sleep at 13 months and never woke up- he had medical problems, and we buried him in Christmas week. A year and a half later, it's still hard.
The pain never goes away, but will become easier to deal with in time.
