Try ringing them ( L'Oreal ) thats what I did and I explained what happened / went wrong and they said they'd send one in the post to me

Nothing arrived yet though so hope I get to use it in time ... I left my John Freida one in my purse then realised it had run out!

I think we'll get a week to redeem it and am getting hotter on trying to claim the vouchers before they run out as I've missed out on even USING some really good ones as was too busy..

No one mention Innocent veg pots either please! lol

I would have like to have reds, as I feel like having Cheryl Cole's style now! But anyway, I took a brown one, just so if I try a red one and don't like it, I can come back to a colour similar to mine.

There has been a thread about this already - but good for anyone who may have missed it.

Just to confirm some of the staff in Superdrug seem totally clueless as to how to use this voucher but when they eventually figure it out all is good

My voucher came yesterday in the post, used mine in Superdrug Leeds, no hassle. Mainly different shades of brown on the self, but I want a dark brown anyway so that was fine by me
