Just looked around for reviews online and I agree that it's not easy to find positive ones. Most reviews complain about the colour not matching the colour shown/described on the box and being much much darker than expected. Some reviewers also complained that their hair was left very dull and in poor condition after using this product.
I really hope this isn't another Foam Party style disaster but can't help thinking it's a bit risky! It's worth bearing in mind that the L'Oreal "Colour Experts" will only look into complaints if you can provide before & after photos.

Mine was blonde & it ended up very, very dark brown to almost black. I've contacted them & sent the before & after photo but they just said to use a deep cleansing shampoo, first on dry hair then wet ......
Although the colour is actually quite nice if I'd wanted that colour hair.0 -

Is that supposed to help fade the colour quicker?! I'm confused about how that would help. And was your hair left dull or in worse condition after use?
I hope they offered you some kind of financial compensation (although I know that's little consolation with a hair disaster.) The girl who recently posted on FB, about the same thing happening to her hair, apparently received some vouchers.
Sounds like a nightmare. Hope you manage to get your hair back how you actually want it soon!0 -
I've just used my voucher in Superdrug, made some other purchases (non toiletries, if any of the No Buying Toiletries gang are reading) and was given a £3 off Superdrug own brand products voucher.
I actually only spent £3.48. The £3 voucher is valid from Monday 28th March until Sunday 10th April. The Superdrug own brand products must total £3 or more, but there would appear to be no minimum spend.

I have just used my voucher in Superdrug and got the hair
mousse worth £6.99 free, so a good find.
Also when you read the receipt and go online to fill in a
customer satisfaction survey they send you a code for 10%
off known makes products and 25% off Superdrug products
you put the code on your receipt and it is valid for 30 days
in store
I would think that will apply at all Superdrugs, but I had not
noticed it until the till girl pointed it out today
So every little helps as they say
Just noticed the discount is for a £10 spend or more0 -

Yes, but I don't want a faded old hair do. It don't look too bad at all but I wanna be blonde again. I've just been to get my lightest blonde colour from Superdrug, maybe this will be light brown. Someone got vouchers? I think I'll email them again - thanks0 -
Used voucher today in Superdrug...should be £6.99.
Great find Thanks autumngirl0 -
Voucher printed, thanks very much for the post.0

You get the £3 voucher if you spend £10, but that's only a £3.01 extra spend and they have some good deals on. I didn't even notice the £3 voucher offer initially, I was just happy to see the Sublime colour with a good choice available.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again...
