Has anyone got an update to this yet ?
I have registered on-line but have no idea what rates will be offered on what savings limit0 -
I am not sure what to do here.
It is coming up to the time of the year when I have to decide where to put my ISA money.
I have a Barclays Golden ISA of £5k + which ends in a couple of weeks. I was going to move it to an ISA that accepts transfers and then add my 2011-2012 entitlement. Now on learning about the NS&I bonds coming back I am tempted by them.
I cannot do both.

Well, you've got till 5 Apr 12 to decide about the ISA. I'm sure we'll know about the new ILSCs by then!0

I'm going to do my ISAs as usual, but I nearly always put everything into S&S ISAs rather than cash.
However, I do have a bit to invest outside of ISAs and I now can't decide whether to do ITs/shares or wait a bit to grab a pair of NS&I bonds. I was previously this close -> <- to putting 2x£15k into NS&I when they cancelled everything. :-(I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.
Like all religions, the Faith of the Invisible Pink Unicorns is based upon both logic and faith. We have faith that they are pink; we logically know that they are invisible because we can't see them.0 -

How long would someone have to tie their money up - and what access would they have to it - plus when would the interest be paid - annually or at withdrawl ?
These questions need asking first .....0 -

For the previous issues -
You can invest for a 3 or a 5 year term.
You can withdaw your money at any time (but lose out on the index-linking if youdon't hold it for the whole term)
Interest is paid on an annual basis, rising over the termpoppy100
