Don't you just love human kind? You work with someone to resolve an issue on Ebay. Everything seems to be ok and just before you are about to post out the correct item and the freebie they leave a seathing negative comment.
What planet are they on?
Ebay would be great place with out idiots like this!!!!!!!:mad:

    Sorry to hear that, sometimes its a foregone conclusion that someone will neg. I agree, some people on the internet seem so alien!

    No I havn't as yet am still awaiting the return of the goods from this buyer.
    I am still going to send them out by recorded delivery and then ask them to mutually remove the feedback.

    Presumably you've apologized, refunded her return costs and you're sending the right item recorded and with a freebie.
    What more can you do? That's good customer service. We're all only human and it's so easy to make a mistake and send the wrong one out!
    I hope your customer thinks about it and agrees to revise. It's hasty leaving feedback when the transaction isn't completed yet
    and I think it's harsh too.

    Might be worth phoning the customer. As many have said, people often act completely differently when not hiding behind a keyboard.
