Hey I parked over the 4 hour limit in a retail cark park outlet governed by Euro Car Parks. I now have a £70 fine. Is there any way out of this?

Yep. Put it in the bin and ignore it, it is not a fine but a charge that you are under no obligation to pay. Just put it and all other correspondence from them in the bin and don't be tempted to ever contact them. Simples.

It says in the small print that they will contact the DVLA if I dont pay, I dont wanna take any risks like binning it and then get lamped with an even bigger fine?

I would appeal with them over the fine, how much longer were you than the 4hours out of pure interest?
Can I find out my credit score?
You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)

    Do not give bad advice.

Do not appeal that is the worse thing you can do, do not contact them, ignore and look at the information and stickes in the sub forum of this forum Parking Fines, Tickets & Parking

Look and read in the sub forum that is what it is there for, they are not fines they unenforceable invoices, which you ignore, it is not only possible it is the only way to deal with these comedians.

I suggest you read the sub forum as well before giving further advice on parking tickets.
