Euro Car Park £70 Fine

Yep. Put it in the bin and ignore it, it is not a fine but a charge that you are under no obligation to pay. Just put it and all other correspondence from them in the bin and don't be tempted to ever contact them. Simples.0

It says in the small print that they will contact the DVLA if I dont pay, I dont wanna take any risks like binning it and then get lamped with an even bigger fine?0

no change to my earlier post.0

I would appeal with them over the fine, how much longer were you than the 4hours out of pure interest? Can I find out my credit score? You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0
