I suggest you read the sub forum as well before giving further advice on parking tickets.

Will do, from my experience its worked thats all :p
Can I find out my credit score?
You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)
  • Do as Worried Jim says and ignore it there is bu66er all they can do to enforce payment , bin all further correspondence there may be and forget them. As for their sending it to the DVLA ! not the slightest chance they will be intetrested

    1. It isn't a "fine" - you can only be fined by a Court of Law, not a commercial organisation.
    2. Chuck it in the bin, ignore anything else they send you - DO NOT communicate with them. These companies just frighten people into paying charges which they do not have to pay.
    3. Read this website/forum: http://www.pepipoo.com/

Not strictly true about enforcing payment. They could easily take the OP to the small claims court to persue the money.

    However, they won't.

From one thats been there done that, I can say ignore them with confidence....for one Euro dont do court.

They WILL apply to DVLA for the registered keepers details and it will cost them £2.50 for the info, so they are already on a looser! L:D
You will get several threatening letters from them and various debt collectors, however these are all designed to scare yo into paying up, that is the method of their scam....bullying and scaring folk into submission.

However you have come to the right place and have sought advice .... however next time put it in the Parking ticket forum.
You may click thanks if you found my advice useful

Not really. They would have to know who the driver was in order to persue a claim at court, and the registered keeper is under no obligation to tell them who was driving.

Not bad advice at all, I have had a ticket from them in Tesco Stores they stated that I was parked in a disabled spot over two hours maximum stay after fighting it appeal was successful :A

But you wasted all your time and effort, all you had to do is put it in the bin and that's it case closed. If you contact these company's they will usually get stuck into you with a vengeance cos they think they have hooked another sucker. NEVER respond to ANY correspondence these comedians send you-EVER.

They could take the OP to court to pursue compensation for the losses they incurred not the "fine" they are asking for and it is because they losses they have incurred are so small that they won't bother.
