Pulse or Nokia C3

Currently got the Sony c905 but unfortunately a couple of the keys aren't working properly and whilst some folks have said it might be possible to fix it i think it'll cost a fair bit knowing how much Sony repairs have cost in the past...I can't find another one at a reasonable price either otherwise i would have had another in a shot.

Anyway i still have to choose my birthday present and i'm trying to decide between a refurbished (currently about £20 cheaper for a refurbished one) Nokia C3 from mobiles.co.uk or Pulse Mini from T-mobile....

Main use would, be calling, texting, occasional emails and internet use on the move....I already have a sim deal.

So which would be better? Any suggestions?

Only you can decide which is better as it will be you that is using it.
A keyboard can be replaced by the independants for £15 though .

I was just wondering how folks had found them in terms of reliability, easy to use etc...

Not sure if it is the keyboard or whether it's the bit underneath iyswim....It was a second hand phone when i got it so the camera part doesn't work and i just think it may be on its way out soon...

All handsets are easy to use, I much favoured a Motorola over a Nokia in their day, many will say eg how brilliant the iphones are, they are good , just not the yard stick by which any other handset should be judged.
The keyboard replacement includes the membrame (it is more likely that the membrane has pierced and lost it's elasticity) , I would say though do consider the ZTE racer aka San fransisco :j

Ahh ok, it's just when texting, i don't use predicitive but the "slower" way as i'm told (:o)i can't get past the first letter iyswim (it's like it's stuck)...?

Is that the Orange San Francisco? (haven't heard it called the ZTE racer before) They're a fair bit more expensive aren't they?

Bit confused now just googled and it says the San Francisco is ZTE blade, which one is it?

Thanks, it's quite expensive isn't it? (well more so than the pulse or c3)

Why stylus? You may have problems with using QWERTY keyboard on a small touch screen, but you can change it to a traditional Phone Keypad if you wish. At least it's the case for Android 2.2. Not sure about 2.1, but I guess in any case this can be done by using some app.
