I really liked this site until the revamp - I'm probably going to give it a miss for a while to see if they sort out problems in a few weeks. They should have followed the old maxim - "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

It is working right now :j Just done two surveys with no logging in problems.

And even better, I have reached £40 :T

I've just done both without any problems, although the first one logged me out after every question up to the 50% point, after that it was fine.

HeeHee, now when I log in it takes me to the page that says

Sorry, you have already answred this survey!

I've been having a complete nightmare with the new one poll website however I didn't want to give it up as i was so close to payout! Anyway it seems to have been much better over the past couple of days. However I've referred a mate to them and I got the initial 50p but he's since hit the next target but I didn't get the next 50p! Frustrating!

Loads of complaints on the one poll facebook page!

Just spent 1 and a half hours on a 40p survey that it kicked me out of - more fool me!

What annoys me the most is that I raise issues with their customer services (about 10 now in all), and not one response.

Will quit the site following the payout, as it is a disgrace now, after being once simple and plain excellent.

Shame we can't have some form of redress.

I only signed up recently, but it's been fine for me. My only problem is that it keeps showing me surveys where the first screen out question is about children. I don't have any children, and Onepoll knows that because I did a no-fee survey to tell them more about myself so they could match me up to surveys better!
