Yeah I'm problems today too. A backlog of surveys but takes ages for page to load then times me out. They sorted this pretty quick last time, so hopefully it'll be sorted soon this time round too.. fingers crossed!

This site has not worked since it was changed (Why? There was no problem before). The home page takes ages to load and then the surveys either take so long to load that they time out (so Internet Explorer says it can't display the page) or they do not even start to load. What is going on with this site? It used to be the best survey site. I have emailed every day for the last 3 weeks to find out what the problem is but no-one has ever bothered to reply. The contact us page is now aimed at getting new business customers and members' queries have been relegated to a tiny sentence at the bottom of a page that never loads, saying to click on a link (when it works) but still no-one replies. Can anyone help with why this site has suddenly stopped working since it changed? I have had 3 pay outs in 2 years and am close to another but just can't do any surveys, although the list of available surveys is growing! Help!!!!

I've tried to do four surveys but everyone has told me that this survey is not right for you. Does this happen often?

It always works when there are no surveys, it's when the surveys appear that it slows down.

I think it's because the server can't cope with a lot of users at one time. When there are no surveys people just logon, see there are no surveys and log off again. But if there are surveys, they stay and do them, which increases the number of users on the site to the point where the server can't cope.

Finally managed to get surveys to load at the crack of dawn (obviously no-one else trying to use it then!!) but, although there were 12 surveys waiting, each one said "It is not for you".... why send it then? They have everyone's profile so surveys should be tailored to each person, shouldn't they??? What a waste of time. Surveys are 3 to 4 times longer than they used to be (which means an eternity if it does not load). Can they not put it back to how it was as everything was perfect then.

And just to prove me right, 2 surveys appear and the site stops dead. I can't get either of them to load!

EDIT: And now when I click on the survey I go straight to the log in page, even though I am already logged in!
