Onepoll - New Website. Any Problems

  • I reached my £40 today and think I will have a wee break from OnePoll, the site is really slow and the surveys have got a lot longer.
  • I am having real problems trying to get my 40 pound cashback after reaching the 40 pound target.
I have tried emailing to ask where the money is as I'm having no luck when I try to phone them.

Can anyone advise me what to do next?

    Thanks:mad:

I wouldn't worry too much. My last £40 payment took much longer than usual to be received. They were having problems with Paypal payments.

The payment will eventually be sent.

It's fine, the maintenance ended about two weeks ago.

Your browser is probably showing you a cached page, try clearing your cache and then make sure you are going to http://www.onepoll.com and not something like http://www.onepoll.com/maint.html

Anyone had any surveys at all in the past few days? Every time I look there is nothing. Have made it up to £38.95 and am getting eager to get to £40 :)

They only have surveys during a normal working week, hence nothing for the last 4 days.

Although having said that, I seem to remember declaring that they only have surveys available on weekdays once before. Then the following Saturday they had one available, and I had to come back and eat humble pie.

I got my £40 from them, they had a digit in my bank account wrong, sent me an email with a number, rang them and a week later, it was in my bank account! I seem to be getting to the next £40 faster since the 'upgrade' too.

    A warning.

Survey JC GOC 2104 HA starts off about pets, but also wants to know when you regularly leave your house empty. What time you leave and what time you get back.

It may be nothing, but insurance companies have said that if you give this information out on the internet, and get burgled, you insurance will be invalid.

Oh dear, it then asks if you leave a window open when you are out! It's the stuff Insurance Loss Adjusters dream about

I just did a survey that started off asking about salary and how much I spent, moved onto hen parties and finished on telecoms or something. Talk about squeezing as much into one survey as possible to avoid paying more than one reward. Ridiculous.
