I think they are feeding this web site too much, it falls asleep after lunch every day!

I can't believe how long the new site has been up now and it is still so rubbish! It's just taken me about 40 minutes to get through a 20p survey.

You're lucky, I've been trying to do one survey for the past half hour, got to 74% and then got a "unable to load" page. I refreshed it and it's still "waiting"

im quite thankful as although it takes a little while for surveys i always manage to complete them and so far have been making about £1 a day from them.

I agree - ever since the new-look website started I've had problem after problem accessing it - it took me over an hour to complete one survey last night and when i tried to log on today, it couldn't find the website at all. Have just reached my payout after a year of trying, so hope it's going into my acdount ok!

Sigh, onepoll is doing my head in! Keeps refusing to load between questions, always does this to me when there's surveys i can actually do!

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up; always try just one more time

i was having problems earlier tonight but just sailed through a survey there. Although earlier there was about ten surveys now there is only one.

That happened to me, logged in at lunch time and there were 3 x 20p, 2 x 15p and 1 x 5p surveys.

I clicked the 5p one and and it just locked up, I left the tab open and kept going back to it, and eventually completed it. But when I did, the rest were gone.

I also checked their facebook page and there's hundreds of people complaining about the site being slow.
