hey moozie!! welcome back, we missed you yesterday... sorry to hear you had a long busy day
Today I am buying my boyfriend a prezzie – we had our anniversary the other night and it was a bit like bobbadog's anniversary in that I thought we weren't getting each other presents and so I only got him a card and he then bought me three presents!chocs and candles and some candleholders ... I was quite embarrassed. So I'm buying him a little book, which will be £5.99. Other than that it should be a no-spend.

Hello Moozie and everyone else!
I have been soooo busy this week and am limping to the end of the Moozie sun-fri challenge with 46p to my name (and 21p of that I found in my drawer at work). But at least I was still within my budget!
Today is going to be a no spender, I haven't brought lunch with me but my boss has bought in loads of cakes, sweets and fruit which have made me so full I don't want anything else. Cheap but not very healthy. Tonight I am going out with my OH but he is paying.
The 46p is going in my mortgage pig.
Have a good day everyone!Saving for an early retirement!0 -

Hi Imelda, that explains why we've not seen much of you this week. Well done on succeeding with the challenge and for feeding the mortgage pig!
Have a lovely evening with your OH.Leason learnt :beer:0 -

No, I don't really, he didn't spend loads on mine, we are both trying to be good ... and he will like the book I hope!! so it's OK :rotfl:
Oh dear...I think I am a misunderstood mooz! :rotfl: What I meant was that guilt makes us overcompensate so I thought it was good that you didn't spend a lot more than you did. He will love the book, I am sure of itLeason learnt :beer:0 -

You are so sweet! Actually, there's plenty of fun stuff I can get up to on my own in my room! :rotfl:Overpay!0 -
So far so good, another NSD for me (although I'm at a slight "advantage" in that I am immobile lol)
Am desperately trying to talk myself out of a take away (I wanted one yesterday too), think I'll see if I can get a friend to drive me to a "banquet" Indian on Sunday so I can fulfil my cravings and still spend as little as possible
Have a good day everyone :wave:Married my wonderful husband February 2013!:happyhearI want to wear my beautiful wedding dress everyday- it would make shopping so much more fun, I mean, people go shopping in their pyjamas these days.......Must STOP spending!!!Proud to be dealing with my debts!0 -

Awww! I think we have lovely men, cathy! I just purchased mine the 'Cookie Karma Sutra', doesn't hurt to make a few suggestions
I still feel like i kind of owe him a ring though. Have seen one I like, so may one day get it. Have a lovely anniversary part II! x0
