Vodafone - do they know better customer service than 3?
Comments

I used to be able to say that about 3's network
Maybe its your somewhat racist attitude that is the problem?
'India' doesnt have a problem understanding your problem, a couple of low paid call centre staff do, but that ok lets just tar a whole nation as inept..
Having been a poster on this board for a long time i thought you would have known the way to get anything resolved by 3 is to email their executive office, they generally sort things out within a few days.
But anyways it too late for all that, you have already jumped out of the pan and in to the fire.
As they say its better the devil you know then the devil you dont:rotfl:0 -
Are you serious? Who said anything about the whole nation?Snakeeyes21 wrote: »Maybe its your somewhat racist attitude that is the problem?

What the OP said in fact was that "customer care in India" had problems with understanding.
Do you really think that if everybody starts e-mailing their executive office in UK instead of calling the customer care in India they will cope with this? The point was that the customer care was awful. And the fact that you have to contact their executive office every time you have a problem only proves the point. This fact also proves that the executive office is helpless, incompetent and inefficient. They are busy with doing the job that their CS are supped to do. And they fail to do the job that the executive office is supposed to do - improving the CS.Having been a poster on this board for a long time i thought you would have known the way to get anything resolved by 3 is to email their executive office, they generally sort things out within a few days.0 -
Cant see anything racist by the op, a lot of companys have also bought their business back due to bad service and can be found in google.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

o2 have the best in my opinion.
Are you for real? I've had problems with a local O2 mast since August last year, got to their exec office, and no-one is really willing to help. They just seem to either want to pay me off (discount) or incentivise me to leave by ofering to go halves on early termination (I just want the mast fixed - my service was fine until they put the damn thing up).
3 are the pits as well. Voda's handset support teams are a joke, but their UK based billing and general staff are spot on. Orange is markedly better than before.
O2 - Bloody joke. Can't wait to get rid.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
for UK based care, Orange or O2 as Voda, T-Mob and 3 are mainly outsourced international script readersSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe

Orange is the only company to ever sort my problems out in the last ten years, even if it is non customer facing dept with them kicking and screaming thier heels, eventually I get there - the other 4 have all breached my T&C and been bar stewards. Virgin care is exceptional, one onders why Orange took so long to get to a decent standard after CEO Tom Alexander left Virgin for Orange & now he's CEO of ORange & T-Mobile AS SISTER COMPANIESSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe

orange are really good, my business contracts are with them. I just wanted the red 9300, had an email from voda today.
Thank you for your email addressed to Guy Laurence. Guy has passed your email to me as I am responsible for investigating matters raised with him.
I am sorry for the experience you have had here.
I have checked your order on our online system and the device is currently on back order as when it was ordered it was out of stock. In follow up to this I have sent an email over to the online escalation team to ask them for the current status of the order and whether or not they have stock of the device now. Unfortunately I do not have sight of the current status. I will of course come back to you as soon as I receive an update.
I confirm that our retail and telesales channels have different stock levels so this particular order needs to be fulfilled through the online channel.
Thank you for your patience over this matter.0 -
^ Lucky you !!!!
Orange Business were rude, hopeless and misinformed when I took a data £1 per minute contract years ago with them....I'll never use them, customer care at consumer blew thier lack of care out the water ! Rather take a Orange consumer contract and get some kind of care....SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe
