Just thought I would put an update up:
I took Europcar to a small cliams court and asked them for proof that I comitted the offence. within the 14 days not only hads they refunded the money taken from my card but also the £25 costs I had to pay out to start legal action.
Closing thought......Legal action isnt that hard to start, if your in the right then your going to win. Saying that it did take a long time to reslove and was very stressfull.
