O2 Have dropped the unlimited bolt ons on the simplicity Tarifs but cashback is up for a limited time on some tarrifs check the tarrifs before youconfirm your orders.

The iPhone 3G is a very old phone now (3 years old). I have one of these and an iPhone 4. The response of the 3G is very slow with the latest OS software, but still usable if you don't mind the slowness.

£26.50pm for only 100min calls and running an outdated phone doesn't seem cheap to me. The phone's also reconditioned, so would expect them to be giving them away for free, given the tarriff, rather than charge £59.99.

That's what I think anyway.
