O2 Simplicity 12 Months, £15.32 a month but £50 cashback + £50 voucher

I now have 4 contracts with O2 for all of us - works out cheaper than PAYG for the kids! What I found was you need to do it online, and use a different email address and if possible different contact number (dont put your O2 one down that you use - anyones will do!) then it goes through no probs.
If you put your own down then for some reason it wont go through!
Then you can amalgamate them onto one account later

You'll be lucky if:
1. You get to set up your online account for you to be able to view your bills. I have been trying for 2 weeks; i can log in but cannot register to link my mobile phone with the account.
2. Getting the voucher is a tedious job if you haven't received the UVC (Unique Verification Code) via text yet. You'll have to email o2promotions@grg.com to flag this up. I have emailed them but no reply so far!

I'm having the same problem too! Have you spoken to customer service?0 -

I spoke to a few of them over phone, sent emails & raised it via O2 Live Chat who said there was a technical issue which their engineers are sorting out.Having said that, its up & running (for me) when I tried just now.:j0 -

I'm pretty down about this one, my cashback didn't track and I've had no text or anything about the voucher

I've been with O2 for years and have done some of these deals before.
Keep you O2 ref number and you'll get it in the end, just takes a bit of time and work !!0 -
Tracked within 24 hours for me on Quidco and I had my voucher code on Saturday - 2 days after my contract was enabled. Logged onto the website and filled in all the relevant bits and bobs and should have it within 14 days - will let you know!Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0

Keri1988 & LuSiVe - any news about the voucher?
I have made numerous phonecalls & livechats but not getting anywhere! Spending my time to chase up on what was part of the deal is ridiculous..I think I'm gonna lose it soon..
** Mods - Will you consider moving this thread to the main mobile phone forum? I'm sure there will be more members who are on the same boat who'd like to share their experiences. **0
