Hold the bus! Quidco are doing £50 cashback for the £15 x 12 month plan, but TCB are giving £50.50. Dammit!

This actually made me laugh. There's no need to cry over 50p lol

    Taken from o2 website -

Moving your number from O2 Pay & Go to O2 Pay Monthly is simple. We'll also transfer any credit as well as any loyalty bonus (up to £350).

What do I need to do?

    What should I expect?

    • We'll transfer your number and any existing balance within 1 – 4 working hours after you've pressed submit on the form.
    • We'll send you two text messages through the day to keep you up to date with things. If we do need anything else from you, we'll get in touch by email.
    • You'll then lose service on your new O2 sim card and your existing mobile number. Don't worry, this is normal, it means we're transferring your number. It won't take more than 4 working hours.
    • When you've lost service, make sure you have your new O2 Pay Monthly sim in your phone and keep switching it off and on every couple of hours until you get an O2 signal on the screen. If for whatever reason you don't, then get in touch and we’ll sort it out for you.
    • We'll then transfer your loyalty bonus. It takes us a little while to calculate so we'll credit this to your 4th bill.

Yes you can my Oh has, and I did when I moved to this a while back. You can also add a data bolt on for a fiver a month, but you lose the free landline or O2 mobile calls. If you have a relative works in O2 you can get a 30% discount if they add you to their friends and family newtwork through their work too ;)

I chose the 12 month iPhone plan, £15.32 for 300 minutes, unlimited texts, 500mb data and free WiFi. All through Quidco so hopefully that works too :)

Can you use this iphone plan on any phone?

Yes you can use the iphone plan with any phone,

I also have an iphone on O2 network and have a different plan with unlimited data and that will work as well, just needs some changes to the settings.

Just tried to get the £15 a month deal through quidco but O2 have changed the tariffs, you now have to take a Basic package for £3 a month unless you select standard phone ..no email etc but the O2 to O2 free calls has gone which is why the girlfriend wanted to change to O2 so we could have free calls between us...

The deal is still on Quidco but when i click on the cashback icon it just takes you to O2 and the new tariffs...is this normal or should i get a voucher code or something..

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks
    Anthony
  • I've just tried to access the link and it comes up with an error message saying the site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Has any one else had this problem? The deal runs out in 2 days and want to try and grab that deal while I can.

    Thanks

Does anyone know if this is just for new customers, I've been with O2 for over 9 years now, and switched last month to this simplicity deal, so I'm a bit miffed I've miffed out on £100 (potentially) just because I'm a long standing customer, do you think I should go into a store and point out about the advert where the woman turns into a monster because of the new deal!!
 Determined to sort her finances!
