Okay... l'm thick when it comes to phones but l want an iphone....

I've seen this deal on there and it looks too good to be true (to me).... if l go on an 18 months contract is it correct that the phone will cost £59.99 then £26.50 for 18 months?

What are the pitfalls anyone? Are reconditioned phones any good??

It would be a great deal if l could go through TCB for this too!

Happy moneysaving all.

Keri1988 & LuSiVe - any news about the voucher?

I have made numerous phonecalls & livechats but not getting anywhere! Spending my time to chase up on what was part of the deal is ridiculous..I think I'm gonna lose it soon..

** Mods - Will you consider moving this thread to the main mobile phone forum? I'm sure there will be more members who are on the same boat who'd like to share their experiences. **

Hi, i haven't had mine either, i guessed it would be 14 working days to get the voucher, which i've just worked out to be last friday, so i should have had mine by now. What have they said when you have called them?

O2 initially asked me to email o2promotions@grg.com which is the contact for an affiliate of O2 who has been entrusted with running this £50 voucher promotion. I emailed them but to date I haven't received a reply other than the initial automated acknowledgment email.

I have been in touch with O2 over phone & livechat on numerous ocassions where the CSAs said they'll follow this up personally blah blah ... ;but nothing happens.
I do not not know what else to do other that taking this up with the ASA and trading Standards.I know £50 might not be a big thing but I should get what I was promised when i signed up

I've had a couple of livechats and not got anywhere despite being told I'd get a priority customer service call within 24hrs. I'll be writing a letter of complaint I think and trying to cancel the contract ...
• It appears that one should wait for 30 days after signing up for the deal, i.e. wait till the first month's bill to be generated, to be able to receive the voucher. I have received an email asking to choose from M&S/Next/Arcadia or Debenhams voucher; fingers crossed till I receive it in post!

But my first bill was generated on 2nd April after I took out the contract on 27th March - do you mean the second bill?

Sorry LuSiVe, I should have said the second bill!
• The second bill is essentially the bill for the first month's usage...isn't it?

Just clarifying, as the first bill is for the first month's contract, but the second one covers any usage over and above that in the first month! I'll wait until after 2nd May before getting really !!!!ed off at them then ...

I'm on O2 simplicity at £10 per month which is
300 mins (01,02,03) unlimited texts and unlimited landline calls. I got £50 cashback via Quidco.
I'm not sure I've ever had a bill which is £10 - they're always quite a lot more. I'll be leaving as soon as I can and going with GiffGaff which is brilliant and you're not tied in.
