I assume I am right, in that the 100 minutes start on the 1st May? on the basis that the initial £10 was credited today, 3rd April. ?

Ha I was just asking the same thing but typing sloooowly! I reckon I should've had mine 1st April and will chase them in a day or 2.
  • Within an hour of contacting Customer services, on a Sunday evening, they have replied. It is not sorted yet as they just asked for some details, mainly about where I saw the offer for the inclusive internet minutes. I bought my phone in store as I have just moved house and my bank card does not match my address. Hopefully the internet offer will still work for in store purchases?

As far as i know the phone is locked to tmobile but it is well worth the money. The phone costs you 30 quid, you get free 6 mths internet worth 20 quid, you also get £5 cashback. So i feel the phone only really cost me £5 & then i will sell/ recylce my old phone. Meaning the phone will cost me nowt.

    Shop one - A vs T
    Shop two - A vs W
    And then repeat :j:j:j
    & now add - A vs S
What the heck A vs the world :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I think it's maybe the bottom left key "DICT" on the keypad?
But then I changed early on from the TouchPal keyboard to the Android keyboard. (Press for a second or so on any text field, then the last option on that menu is Input Method.)
There's also lots of other keyboards downloadable from the Market.

I was using te Android pad the touchpal is a bit cluttered for my fat fingers.

I have gone back to the touchpal for now as the Android was doing my nut in. There seems to be no option to turn that rather randomn word change thing on it.

I know there are loads that are downloadable but which if any are any good?
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

If it does it in the Android keyboard then that sounds like Quick Fixes or Auto-complete (http://www.google.com/support/mobile/bin/answer.py?answer=168584) ...but I don't have those options on my phone! (Home/Menu/Settings/Language & Keyboard/Android)

For anyone after the black phone, the stores have them in stock with the same price, got mine today as a back up phone while my Desire is off being fixed :( Will do for times when I'm outdoors and don't wanna risk breaking my usual phone too

Anyone else had any probs with the SD card? I keep getting a message saying "SD card unexpectedly removed, Unmount before removing" or something similar. I've tried reseating the card but it's still happening. Must be a loose connection somewhere - I may have to send it back :(

Yes I got it once, removed and reinserted and it has been fine since touch wood.

I was given one of these lovely phones today for Mothers Day. Thank you for all the advice on this thread, the free internet is not there yet, but I have registered with T mobile and used the *contact us* section asking about it, hopefully I will hear from them tomorrow.

I don't think you get free minutes do you, I thought it was 6 months free internet access instead of that?

I stand corrected, just had another look at the site and you should get 100 free minutes a month.

Should you get a text regarding this because if you do I haven't.

    Edit.

Just checked my allowances and it has now been added.
