KLM versus Delta Airline; Manchester to New York

Yeah, I've not used them before, I found them through chance and googled for reviews before purchasing (but was scared of losing the tickets, so only looked quickly), from what I could see, if you want to change/cancel/amend a booking then there are plenty of fees and reluctance to do so, however, if you travel the flight and passengers which you booked then people seemed happy, so here's hoping . . .
