LittleMissHappy OH dropped his phone down the loo years ago while we were both away. He had it under a hand dryer for ages worrying we wouldn't be able to get in touch with each other but it worked and is the best phone he has ever had.
Finished my HHC early, caught up with my decluttering in the kitchen and have caught up with today's list (almost). Well you know me and my oven...I have wiped it  There is still caked on stuff which needs to come off but that is not on Pigpen's list. I might use some Ovenpride on Friday but if we are getting someone in to clean it then I may not waste my energy.

Not quite up to date with the lists. Monday and Wednesday are done. Tuesday will have to wait until I clear the ironing pile. I can't dust around that!
Quick question: Can you put the hob bars/pan supports(?) into one of the bags that are for cleaning the racks/shelves inside the oven? It would make my life a hell of a lot easier.;)
Off to iron a mountain.

Not sure if I'm on the right thread or not, but hoping someone might be able to give me some advice.
The gist of my story is after I rented my flat out to tenants I have moved back in. However, these tenants didn't have the windows or curtains open for 6 months!! There were mould marks all over the walls and a horrible mouldy/musty smell in my flat.
I've been back in my flat for 7 weeks and I've been spraying HG mould spray (which has got rid of the marks) on the walls and since Sunday I have been spraying Febreze on my sofa evey night before I got to bed. I have air fresheners which I use daily and the windows are opened for at least 8 hrs daily.
I can still smell the musty smell though! Any advice gratefully received. As my Mum always said "Look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves"0 -

I'm just going to put the hoover round then at least if DD's friend sits on the floor she won't get covered in dog hairs - there'll still be some but she won't be covered! I've got to pick them up from school at 4 so I'm thinking I'll nip to Mr As about 3 to give me plenty of time.NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

I have spent 20 minutes on the landing cupboard. There is not much I can do until OH and I sit and go through everything but I have tidied it, chucked some of my stuff and "hidden" some of his that he never uses at the back. Think I will have to make a holiday list of things I need to do with him there...he will hate me :rotfl:

Didn't end up hoovering, put 1 or 2 bits away but I feel a bit shaky now so I'll just have a gentle stroll around MR As - I only need a couple of bits and then pick the girls up.NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20
