    Hit the ground running.
Of course, we all know that if you hit the ground, you normally break bones and injure yourself... :)

My absolute favourite has to be when we attend training sessions, you can guarantee the following phrase comes up at some point "Come on guys, let's all work together, because there's No 'I' in TEAM, we're one unit" [there is one in TWIT though].
Well, those people keep forgetting that there is a "ME" in TEAM, though :)

As others have said "at the end of the day..." really bugs me for some reason.

When I worked and we had a training or brainstorming session, the Trainer would always say "shout it out, there's no such thing as a stupid idea".

"If I had my time over again" (although I am guilty of using this one to my shame).

    "We're all in this together"

    "Think of the children"

"What if.......?". This is generally used in conjunction with the "think of the children" phrase. Something exploded, no children present but what if there had have been. Think of the children! Aaaaaaaaarrrrgh!!!

The French Prime Minister's name being pronounced in three syllables ) Sar-Ko-zy when it is clearly Sarkozy with the emphasis on the Kozy and not on the Sar (if you get what I mean):o

I hate the phrase "No-brainer" It's implying that you don't have a brain!
