son's laptop is giving problems
on startup there is a screen saying your laptop didn't close down properly and 2 options
1. launch startup repair or
2. start windows normally
1st option just makes screen flash then goes back to screen with above 2 options
2nd option goes to start windows then restarts laptop and goes back to screen with above 2 options
any ideas anyone?

when first turned on it goes to asus logo with at the bottom F2 enter setup and esc popup menu, now it's not even going to the above page, just a blank screen with a cursor top leftI am a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Wales, Small Biz MoneySaving, In My Home (includes DIY) MoneySaving, and Old style MoneySaving boards.
