sauces and dressings recipes please

Options
Hi everyone, as I recently posted I have found out I have an intollerence to yeast. I am following the diet but am finding it very bland and boring without my usual gravy/ketchup/soy sauce and vinegars.

Basically I would like any sauce or dressing recipes that do NOT have the following in them ......
cheese/vinegar/yeast

many thanks
Kindness costs nothing :)

Comton's gravy salt from Morrisons is just cornflour, caramel and salt. It makes lovely brown gravy even without the meat juices you are meant to add. I'm a recent convert- I wouldn't go back to Bisto now as its full of nasties.
