I am looking forward to the weekend, not got much planned except walking the dog, but really enjoyed myself last weekend!
Found out today i get paid if i don't manage to take my lunch break, so usuaing any extra cash this month towards debt repayments.
Dinner is chicken curry and healthy naan breads... Lunch was HM pasta salad. I'm enjoying running down our stores we're so imaginative when it comes to eating when we do this. Hopefully we get some money in soon though as we will start running out of essentials soon!

Gorgeous day,not done that much apart from my big shop.Looked for the 15p calculators in Mr S but none left.DS2 picked me up,then took the car for MOT,it passed :j.
My niece finishes work today to go on Maternity leave. Its the baby shower thing her friend is holding for her on Sunday,so I've made a taggy comforter, and a changing mat.I've got a little outfit as well, and still have to finish off the blanket I'm crocheting, but I think I'll keep those for after he's born.
DH & DS1 have just rung to say they are calling in the pub after work,so I've turned the oven off-just as well I checked, when I opened the door smoke billowed out.I'd put the grill on instead of the fan oven :eek:It wasnt the food that had burnt ,but must have spattered onto the element.
Right ,off for a little browse,seeing as I've more time than I thought:D x

Evening all
esmf - hope you and your family have a fab time!
Happy birthday Camelot!!
meanmarie - how awful
It's been a beautiful day here
sun shining but a bit of a cool breeze.
Today my work kids went to the fire station but I went to my normal office instead and a colleague took them. This was to give me a bit of a rest and so I could catch up on a few bits that I'd missed whilst sick, and have my 1 to 1 with my manager. So I got to walk to work in the sunshine
also took it very easy today, but got lots done.
I'm feeling much better today. I've stopped my afternoon tablet and this is making me more alert, and I've not been a vehicle today so not nauseau
odd moment of dizzyness when I spun round too quick on my chair though :rotfl:. One of my male colleagues said to me - 'you're looking much better today, you looked really rough on Weds'!! :rotfl:
I shouted at the boys in work in the normal office today because no-one has washed the teatowels or tidied kitchen or restocked tea/coffee etc sinc eI've been based in the remote office (6 week's now!). I condemned 3 teatowels to the bin, and gave kitchen a clean. This is despite me sending an email reminder to them, Men eh?!
I am contemplating a short drive later. It will be the first time in car since last weekend, but I think I'm up to it. I fancy a takeaway for tea, but it would be cheaper to get one from the counter at Asda so I may go there. Not very OS I know!
OS wise - WM is on now with my work coat, need to tidy a bit too
Have a good evening all

Evening all!
TFI Friday, its been a long busy week, but am sitting here with a glass of vino reading posts and watching comic relief whilst listening to OH snoring like a bull-he has the lurgy now, has been sick, cough, sore throat and nearly voiceless, if only the snoring mechanism was affected it would be peaceful! :rotfl:RIP Iain
