Last night I made a marinade by mixing up some grated ginger, finely chopped garlic, chilli flakes, soy sauce and a touch of olive oil. Cover the chops with this and grill. If you have time wrap in clingfilm before cooking and leave to marinade in the fridge for a few hours. I served mine with couscous.
chilli to me is a swear word:rotfl:It is better to be thought of as an idiot than to open your mouth and remove all doubt

I marinade for as long as I can (over night or an hour), I crush a couple of cloves of garlic and mix with some worcestershire sauce, and then add the pork.

Im trying to clear my freezer before I go shopping again.
For Dh's dinner tomorrow im going to cook him Pork Loin Chops, now, hes not a fan of pork, so I need to make them really nice. I was going to cook them in the slow cooker, but, the only recipe I thought that he would like was the Barbecue Pork, however, I dont have any Barbecue sauce.
Does anyone have any ideas what I can do with them.

I like to marinade our pork:
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp rosemary
3 tbsp chili sauce or ketchup with a pinch of chili powder
1 tbsp HP/brown sauce
2 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Oil
Serve it with home made chips and
Salad:
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 chopped cucumber
1 chopped onion
1 small tub of cream fraiche
and a pinch of salt
(mix it all together and chill it in the fridge. A really nice and refreshing salad)0
