Grate some cheese and mix it with some wholegrain mustard. Grill both sides of the chops and then top them with the mixture and grill again until melted.

Serve with new potatoes and salad.

Make a sauce with soy sauce/honey/garlic, fry the chops until browned, fry an onion, add the sauce and cook through for 20 minutes. Serve over rice. Tinned fruit like pineapple or peach would also be nice in it.
The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.

Pork chops, mashed spud, sweetcorn and loads of gravy...yummyyy

Pork chops coated in BBQ sauce then grilled - serve with potato salad (fast salad - nuke small potatoes for about 5 or 6 minutes then toss with cesear dressing)

Pork chops grilled with honey and mustard - jacket spuds with potato scooped out then mashed with cheese - put back in shell then grilled with a lil cheese on top -

Oh I am hungry now :O)

Brown them quickly in a pan, put them in a roasting tin, cover with gravy and a sliced onion. Bake in the oven on low/medium for a couple of hours until the meat goes soft.

    Serve with mash

I can't find pork chops like I used to eat as a child. We did live in the Fylde then, but all the same they are always tough now.
