Flash on HTC Desire

I think you did try switching it on and off by touching the on/off button on the image of the flash-light on the screen.I have tried that aswel but the led light did not work.
If so the light seems not to work at least with two apps. My guess is that the light is faulty.
I'd contact the manufacture if it's under warranty.0 -
Hi, I have rang HTC and booked it in for repair. Phone will be collected on Monday. One thing I forget to ask if I need to send proof of purchase? Its still within 12 months but dont have proof of purchase.
During the conversation the lady never said anything to send a phone receipt or contract.
Thanks

No you don't. They know it's under warranty from the serial number.0

Did you find out what the tick sheet is? Just booked mine in for repair (wont turn on at all) but they didn't send a tick sheet.0 -
It's a sheet that you fill out with your name, address, description of the fault, condition of the phone on.
They attach it to one of the support tickets, and you print it out yourself.0 -
Ah, got it now!0
