I completely understand the confusion here.
Whilst there isn’t currently any page on our website which provides information on this service, it has been discussed on our eForum.
Espi has fed this back as we agree that it would be beneficial to have this information easily available for our customers to see.

I remember the exchange of views only too well, sadly those members who did not tow the VF line were not made very welcome. In fact I think I am one of the many that are still banned from the e-forum!
I also remember how the thread was closed down and in excess of one hundred of our posts were deleted, to be replaced by a 'statement' from the Mods.
Vodafone finally made it possible for account to be protected by adding a shortcode bar. You have confirmed that there is not a page to inform customers that this important service is available, even though it was introduced two to three years ago. You have also agreed that it would be beneficial to have this info available, better late than never.
