@Jenny. VF Web Relations Team.
I agree, it is confusing when I put 'short code bar' in the VF web site 'search'!
Could you give the web site link as to where VF customers can find information of how to add the Short Code Bar to their account?
Thank you.It's not just about the money0 -

Hi Everyone
Customers can remove the Premium Rate SMS bar via their My Account. However the only way to have is added to your account is either by speaking with Customer Services or alternatively if you can get in touch via the link Jenny provided above, we'll be able to get this actioned for you right away.
Thanks

@Sukhi,
How exactly have you answered my question?
You are telling us how to remove the premium rate text bar, how can this be done if VF customers are not given any information how to add the bar on the VF web site to begin with? This was the question!
Sadly this is what I have come to expect when asking VF difficult questions.
I have increased the font size, made the font Bold, made the font Red and underlined my question, so whichever VF Team Rep reads it will not be able to say they did not understand the question.

Hi Intasun32,
Let me help to ease the confusion here. There is no link to a Vodafone website with information about adding or removing this bar. The link that Sukhi refers to and Jenny included in her post is a link to get in touch with the Web Relations Team. If you hover over the words “Web Relations Team” in Jennys original post you will see that it allows you to click through to our contact us page, where you can contact our team via email.
To get the premium rate SMS bar added to your account, you will need to call customer services or click “Web Relations Team” in Jennys post. If you choose to contact us here at the Web Relations Team then you will need to include the code WRT135 in the subject line. Once we’ve received your email we will be more than happy to help you further and add this bar.
So to clarify, you can remove the Premium Rate SMS online, via MyAccount. To add the premium rate SMS bar you will need to either contact customer services or drop our team an email. Either way, we’ll be happy to help you.
I will also be looking into the lack of information about this bar on customer facing websites. As I feel it would save a lot of confusion if we showed the information somewhere prominent, so thank you for bringing it to my attention.
If there is anything else I can do to help, please let me know.
Thanks,
Espi

@Espi,
Thank you for your reply to my question, although I do ask not 'how' but 'where'.
I am glad you have agreed (Point 1 highlighted.) that there is a lack of info on the VF web site.
I am a little confused as to your comment, highlighted point 2, where you say;'If we showed the information somewhere prominent'.
Does this mean the info is on the VF web site, (if so where?) or are you saying that you will now make the info available on the web site for VF customers?
You can see why there is confusion?
